I get error msg stating I need CHENAURUS content. missing content blah blah blah ..... nobody can play? nobody is...?

Not spamming... But I can't get on the server, I can't even join the website.... I've been with you guys for a long while As Brick Stone and Sgt.B.David.... I really miss my Berzerk. I can't join thewebsite... Server and TS knocks out my sound in game... I'm sad what can I do? Sorry posted here.... Desperate to communicate with my firends here so I can play....
